Gojyo saw the group leaving for Sabatier and fell into the back of the group, saying little but figuring it was time to see a little of the native countryside.
Desert. Dirt. A mining town. It was different but in a weird way the same. Maybe he could deal with being here.
He took off on his own after they arrived in the hopes of finding a shop that sold cigarettes. A pack of cards would be nice too. Maybe one of those green crystals. The town, unfortunately, was the type of place that worked hard to maintain a fancy "podunk" image. There weren't any good shops or traders to speak of, and the people seemed to keep to themselves.
Once again, Gojyo was fucked. And not in the good way either. He turned a corner, considering whether or not to go poking around near the mines.
God-damn. That really hurt. Again. If this kept up, he was going to have a permanent Dr. Bishop-shaped bruise.
"If it isn't the lovely Doctor B," he replied, backing up a couple of steps. "I was watching where I was going. I watched every step right up until the moment I ran smack into you."
Kloe almost laughed. Almost. It didn't quite amuse her enough.
"If that were the case, you wouldn't have run into me. Again," she said, crossing her arms. Clearly she didn't account for the fact that it was probably actually her fault, but Kloe had never been the politest person on the block.

She backtracked quickly and gave him her best "what the hell is wrong with you look".
"What did I tell you about looking where you're going?"

If she tied him to a tree and fed him to a fog monster, he really couldn't blame her. He just sometimes didn't know when to turn off the charm.
"So where are you off too this fine day?"
Reply
"No where. I was just checking to see if anyone had found something to do. This place isn't exactly what I'd call thrilling."
