The Second Annual Ace of Base Appreciation Week
Yes yes...if you've been on my friends list for a while...you might remember this...or you may have pushed out of your mind because it was all to traumatic to you.
This week me and Aaryn (crashboombang) will be celebrating one of Europe's biggest bands, Ace of Base. They hold the record for the highest selling debut album ever and have sold more than 50+ million records worldwide within their 10 year career. They "broke" up a couple months ago but apparently, they've just entered the studio to begin working on their 6th cd. *exciting*. So, everyday this week...Aaryn and I will be brainwashing all of you with this Swedish nonsense. Trust me...it's good music...it's fun...and Jenny Berggren has one of the greatest voices in all of pop music. So let's begin....
This song was recorded for the bands second album, "The Bridge", but was never released. It's a rare demo that only recently has popped up all over the net and AoB forums. In this song, Jenny gives one of the greatest vocal performances she's ever done. She gave everything she had in this song and sung it with a lot of energy that we seldomly hear from her. Go download it...listen. It's *very* Europop and *very* AoB
