(no subject)
Okay, so moving is finally over. It was pretty much a giant ball of suck.
And now I'm nicely settling in to Bellingham. My housemates are nice, the house is big, clean, and things are pretty.
It is very weird to not live with Colin, however.
The summer was filled with a good many adventures, including Yellowstone park, a trip to Oregon (Cannon Beach and Portland) and a few weddings--the last of the season being on Saturday, bringing me back to Seattle for a few days.
I still need to buy a wireless card so I can hook up to the 'nets at home, so I'm updating from the B-ham library, so don't feel I'm ignoring you if I'm not quick with email replies.
That pretty much covers everything.
I am so far enjoying this smallish town--they have a great farmer's market, complete with Ethiopian food! And some great organic stores and some fine thrifting opportunities. Like I said, it's going to take me some time to adjust to living without the boy, but I think I'm going to be quite happy here.
