Now, on to the harder subject...women....
Your problem with your supervisor seems like it may be easing away on its own..don't worry so much about that. The girl IN the rumor...simply tell her that you don't want that and that your relationship with her is strictly work related. Make sure that she understands that you are involved with someone and would rather not have a personal life while on the job. If she can't accept that then you'll (we'll) come up with something else to tell her. Now, on to the girlfriend. Tell her that her behavior is becoming a problem. Make sure you tell her that while you can understand her being a little upset; you have done more than enough to assure her that nothing is going on. Tell her you could have kept it from her, but you decided to be honest and tell her. You were trying to be the better man...Tell her that if she is going to constantly doubt your faithfulness, then maybe you guys shouldn't be together. Ya'll have to treat each other with respect and trusting one another is a big part of that. If that doesn't work....then again...you'll come up with something else.
