okay, now the only optimistic ray of light im going to shine on this is

now this is the part where i bitch.
theres supposed to be an omnisent entity that controls our fate of whether or not we go to hell. abide by his laws and you are blessed to eternal enlightenment, but refusal to obey and youre damned to eternal torment. and as hard as ive tried, i cant seem to fully understand or want to follow this. shouldnt any religion you want to trust and fully devote yourself to be more along the lines of an ongoing search, something to better help you understand you yourself, and the world around you? not just "oh the bible says it, i beleive it, and thats that." how can you be so arrogant to wake up one morning as beleive that as your fate? not implying that all christians do this, alot of them are completly devoted, and honestly in thier hearts belive this. and i do respect that. but theres alot of people, actually any one ive ever qusetioned about their christianity, is all based on blind acceptance.they were just "born into that"
whats does anything going on in my life, right now, have anything to do with some guy that walked acrossed water and fed a bunch of people thousands of years ago?
religion is something people take very seriously, so outwardly speaking against it or questiing it, will offend people.

buddism is one ive learned about, and it makes sense to me. what appeals to me is that they dont worship a god, they study what he taught, through his life, in order to obtain some kind of satifaction through there own experiances. they dont fear buddha either, they praise his understanding.
buddism is about finding your own reality. you should find your own truth, not someone elses. someone else may seem completly on the same level and as understanding as you, but theyve never lived your life, or had the same happiness or sorrow you have.
