I am sorry, but that is not a satisfactory enough reason. There are protocols in place to discourage fighting outside of competitions, and if a soldier is killed, they can easily be revived. The simulation will continue.

The protocols in place that discourage fighting outside of competitions apply to fighting within and outside teams. If someone becomes too much of a hazard to their team, they are the ones who will be removed.
