I just finished writing my four page Chemistry report and then realized I wrote about the wrong subject. -_-
I had a great weekend, but in return I did nothing productive. I made a whole To-Do List and everything and I checked two things off of the whole thing (getting my prom dress being one of them!). I've been so busy lately and I think I enjoy it that way. When you're busy, you don't have time to lay around and think about things that have been bothering you. So in result I haven't been sad that much lately, which is wonderful.
Last night I went on an adventure with Heather and Tim. We visited a
Weird NJ place called
"Whipporwill Valley Road". I've been there a few times before, and every time I've gone I've been scared out of my mind. Well, this time was very different. We drove down the road, then we turned around and parked the car to get out and explore which is something I would have never considered doing. As soon as we started walking we heard this really strange noise so we all ran back into the car.
There are some houses on the road, so we decided to knock on the doors to see if anyone could tell us if the stories are true or not. The first house no one answered, but the second house we were welcomed by a normal family. Mom, dad, two kids and a dog. They told us we should go down this road called "Devil's Trail" which runs behind Whipporwill road. They said it'd lead to the ruins of a burnt down mansion and a log cabin. So we set off on our journey in the freezing cold.
At one point we came to a little stream, and the only "bridge" there was to cross it was a rusty pipe and a log. After we managed to make it over, we started walking again only to realize that someone was walking towards us from the woods. So we bolted the hell out of there because I'm not into messing with farmers - or animals. (Heather wanted to continue but Tim and I certainly didn't want to.) I almost fell into the water on the way back.
I didn't bring my camera this time, but the three of us certainly plan on going back in the daytime when it's not so cold. We're even considering it to be our summer hangout spot once we explore some more. It's definitely a cool place.
I ended the night by smoking up with Collin and Ed and then we watched Napoleon Dynamite. It was the worst movie I ever saw.
