Tea time!

Why: Rose is apparently up to something
The little trattoria was a nice place to meet a lady for tea, even if Yozak showed up in his same old tunic and leggings. At least he chose to go unarmed, today, trusting that his reputation after making a showing in the tournament would be enough to keep people from bothering him. He didn't mind the admiring looks on the way down, but really could have done without the smug sneers of City fans who obviously preferred the ladies' team. There was one little table in the far back left open, so he took it and staked his claim to wait for Rose to join him, ordering a snack in the meantime. Yozak was not entirely unused to fine dining and proper manners, accustomed to serving the royal family the way he was, but he tended to like things simple and uncluttered by noble airs. Nevertheless, he decided to leave the choice of tea up to the lady when she arrived, opting for lemonade in the meantime.
Yozak's mind turned over the private message he had gotten to start this whole meeting off, shortly after the match's end. It does concern your friend and my acquaintance. Naturally, his friend was Conrad Weller...did Rose mean to speak of Lulu, then? Yozak screwed up his face into a contemplative pout. No way to find out except to have tea and chat, and pry the information out of Rose the old-fashioned way, with his charm. He huffed a short sigh and distracted himself with the pastries while he waited.
