The process is a bit too complex for a human to comprehend. Putting it simply, I bring them peace.

Ah, human beliefs are so odd. No matter. This soul died young, dark with an unusual aura of innocence. I only wish to bring him the peace he deserves.

You lie through omission. Harm or no, your reason for bringing these souls 'peace' is not to be trusted.

"Evil". Humans have such a narrow concept of that term. I am hardly evil. Watching your own world die and doing nothing is evil.
