*Billy hadn't seen the wolf since the battle at the church. He was on his way back from the pub when he saw him sitting next to the arena's door. He had seen him in the vicinity for the past few days, but was unsure why he was there. He approached the blonde wolf carefully*

The hell are you doing out here?

*Why would he...* You know what this arena's for, right? Who could you possibly be waiting for?

*It didn't register to Billy's brain at first. Wasn't Venom the name of the wolf's fiance... husband... whatever? Then why would he... oh.*

He died? How? Wh-when?!

... -He shifted slightly, drawing his coat further around himself.-

*Billy rubbed his temple. The poor wolf was in for quite a wait, if his husband returned at all. He had vague memories of what went on in that arena, and none of them were pleasant. Tentatively, he placed a hand on Ky's shoulder*

You need anything? Something to eat? Maybe a thick, raw steak?

I'm fine...

-He hardly looked fine. Sunken eyes, pale skin...-

*Billy, not being the brightest bulb, made a grab for Ky*

Let's at least find you some food and a place to stay.

-The hand was thrust off with surprising strength, and Ky gave Billy a snarl.-

*Whoa, Billy sort of expected to be snapped at, but not like -that-. He made a reach for his folded staff*

Listen to me, mate. If he has it in him, he will come back. But you're going to be in for a long wait.

Then you'll be joining him when you die of starvation. If you insist on staying out here no matter what...

*Billy left Ky for the time being. Almost an hour later, he returned with a bag of food* Here.

*He placed the bag next to the blonde* You must really love him. I'm kind of envious of that.
