[Plus side: He's not wearing women's clothing. Downside: The ship just got a hell of a lot creepier. Although Fuuma does look quite snazzy in an evening coat. He's adjusting his shades now]

I was just thinking the same thing. Ah, I might change my mind, though, if I run into many more of those strange individuals among us.

Yeah, I noticed some of us are being followed- Ah hah, no thanks, ma'am. [He sighs, one female vampire trying to flirt with him]

What makes you say that, anyway?

Once you get past the shock, I think they're sort of amusing in a way that might get me into a lot of trouble... To be completely honest, they're simply the worst parody of Methuselah I believe I've ever seen.

It is somewhat interesting that they keep trying to...well, flirt with some of us. [And here she comes again. :| Greeeeat. Just ignore her, Fuuma. Makes things easier.]

Methuselah? They seem more like vampires to me. [...there's a reason why we call you Captain Derp, Fuuma.]

Er, they're - getting friendly with you? All the ones I've met don't seem to like me very much at all! [And he takes a cautious look around. Did it just get darker and foggier out here?]

Well, that's sort of the same thing. 'Vampire' is just an unkind word for Methuselah.

Seems so. Although I can honestly say I don't really feel the same at this point, heh.

Oh! I didn't know that. [:Oa]

Aha, well, they are just a part of this malfunction, aren't they?

I'm starting to realize that that isn't the case anywhere outside the Empire. Still, it's really startling, sometimes. Saying someone is a vampire is a serious insult.

I think so, but these seem pretty persistent for holograms.

Are Methuselah common back where you came from, Nightroad-san?

As common as Terrans - ah, humans - seem to be, elsewhere. My employer is one of them; I live in a country that is run by them. But we're all essentially human at our core, nothing like these lunatic phantoms.

Huh. [.....prickling feeling at the back of his neck- lady vampire's not amused with being ignored. Fuuma ducks, letting out a sigh]

Was it something I said? [Because being attacked by a hologram is obviously not reason enough to trail off, really.]

[Pops up again] Sorry about that. I was just thinking about what a world with something like Methuselah would be like, that's all.

Uh, well, like any other world, I suppose. We all have our differences!
