Milly's jacket isn't coming out as nice as I'd like. It's hard to move in because I messed up with the arms, and it's not really fitted like it should be. But it's too late to modify it. Just have to restrict my movements at Anime Expo so I don't rip it. Lelouch's uniform is coming along okay. I started last night to have the collar all attached for today to get the Ashford fleur-de-lis embroidered. It looks so cool! I danced once the guy finished. Coincidentally, one of the band dads is in the business of embroidery. Guess it's a good thing my brother sold his soul to marching band. We got it for a great price. Only, it took about three hours to finish because the tie was being a bitch and the thread kept bunching up. But the finished product is just beautiful.
Despite how enthusiastic and optimistic I was earlier today, after peeking at a cosplay on ebay I'm having second thoughts about my Lulu's uniform. I keep running into problems and making mistakes with Milly's uniform. It just...doesn't look that great in my eyes. Granted, I'm my worst critic. And I probably felt the same way working on the Akatsuki cloaks. I still have to redo Tobi's one day since that thing isn't the greatest. Good, but still needs plenty of changes. So maybe I'm just being too negative.
At this rate I'll be done with Milly's uniform and Lulu's jacket in time. Lelouch's pants are unlikely to be finished before next wednesday. Guess I could always bring the sewing machine to the hotel. Meh. I best get back to working on the front of Milly's.
