Chapter three

I don't think I'll ever understand this 'verse. Lurks (They call 'em "Vampires" here), demons, being sucked into a swirly hell hole where there is no escape.

I'll start from the top. Harth somehow got in league with the Big bad guys and decided it'll be a swell idea to push me into a whirling-geg of fun, one word used to descirbe that? No fun. Okay so that was two words, but you get the idea. It seemed like it was gonna go on forever --and boy am I gonna have a stern beating of that boy when I get back, if I get back-- and then, wham! We all fall (and by 'we' I mean, Angel, the Pink Jellie and I) into this building.

It felt like being drunk, loss of motor functions and all that. Only constantly. My whole body felt like throwin' up. Then Angel takes us to some place, it kinda reminds me of The Warrens. Kinda. Everythin' runs slow and there's a funny smell, gotta say, not lovin' this. Lost in the past with two lurks lookin' for friends that may or may not be there? On top of all that now I actually start to believe their spunned out story, now of all times. Before I was jus' goin' through the motions, I wanted to believe them but... with all the things I've seen I shoulda clicked sooner. Worst of all, once we found his friends they say it'll be hard to send me back. Somethin' about moon-cycles or some nonsense.

I don't like it here in this big empty building he left me in. Too small, too empty. Out there it's a mass of cars that don't hover, products that don't make sense and scopes available to everyone. I've been locked in this room watchin' somethin' called "Lost" thinkin' "Don't they got this right." Seems fitting, really.

Right. Today's the day I leave this room, see the world as it was.

...Any minute now.
