Some points I agree with, some... I really don't. Rey Mysterio did NOT win because of Eddie Guerrero's death. If you've been watching for a long time you'd know that guy worked his fucking ass off to get where he is today. I will concede that Eddie's death may have accelerated the process, and Vince's Umming and Ahhing over the eventual outcome of this match hung it in the balance until the very last minute - But this time was coming, regardless. He was a very popular guy before Eddie, and was slowly but surely being pushed up the ranks either way. I realise you're bitter because Kurt lost... But as for Orton? Fuck that shit. That idiot didn't work for sweet F.A and has (because of his father) been given everything he wanted handed to him on a silver platter. Did he work his immaculately waxed behind off all over the world and through umpteen lesser divisions before he got his title shot? Did he fuck. He got his father to make his connections for him, and royally licked the most influential man in the business' (Triple H) arse to get

Well you just think you know it all, and I do agree with your thoughts on Orton.. Thats about it.. First off Rey did win that belt because of Eddie anyone who knows anything knows that. No 165 pound man should hold the Heavyweight belt not to mention the world belt I could see the WWE belt not the World belt. I do agree Rey is a good worker, But no one under 200 pounds should ever have that strap. Now on to the Hit Man if you know anything about "rasslin" you would know that Bret "no matter what you think" should have been given time to say what he wanted to, not cut off like he was. Do you forget that the Hit Man carried the WWE when they were going through all Vince's bullshit back in the late 80's with steroids and all that in the 15 years that Bret was with the WWE he never missed a match due to injury and out of those 15 years he might have took a total of 50 days off, lets also remember that one of Vince's stupid ideas got Bret's brother Owen killed and before you say "what" Let me tell you, nothing happens on that show without

Not at all - I merely call it like I see it. I didn't say that it had nothing to do with Eddie whatsoever, but it merely accelerated a process that had already been bandied around long before - regardless of what you may think. Granted, it may not have been till well into next year otherwise, but it would have happened. I agree that it is a little strange that it's the Heavyweight belt - but the Raw belt is open to all comers, so why not the Smackdown belt? The bottom line is that Rey adds a little spice to the roster, and he's one of the few out there that's interesting to watch, and NOT one of the 'roided up monsters that Vince gets a bonk-on for, that they're actually willing to push (Which they have done, slowly but surely, for at least 3 years now.) Sigh. Another one of those retrospective Hitman fans, huh? I don't doubt he did the business a world of good back in the day, but himself (and Vince, don't get me wrong.) have proven themselves to be little more than a pair of petulant children since that night in 1997, and for that,

hey, none taken - I was just airing my views as usual :D It's just that he is one of my favourite guys and I've followed him for a long time, so I know he's worked hard. But eh, just an opinion :D
