YO!!
Cant believe I havent posted since the end of July. I don't check LJ much either. Total facebook addict now. Spend most of my internet time playing the FB games.
So quick update. Tons of stupid and crazy shit related to my job. One minute they say I don't do anything and the next, I'm in charge of my own section.... makes totally sense. I love and hate having my own section. I'm totally anal about how things are done, so when I see that other employees arent taking the time to put things in the right spot, I get pissed. But I have made a bunch of improvements on my section and have made a big dent of things that were sitting in the back room. I've got many compliments. Also, much of the time I can kinda hide out in my section and not have to do some of the other crap.
I'm going back to OK for Christmas in a week. Grant too. It will be our first Christmas together and first with each others' families. I'm excited!! There is so much I want to do when I get back!! But I only have about 10 days to do it. Some of it is wedding planning. I've been so home sick too, I really hate it here.
Montana, especially the middle of nowhere, fucking sucks. It's been getting to -20!!! The heat in our apartment fails. I sleep with 2 sheets on, 2 blankets a comforter and a throw. Oh and my sweatshirt too. The sweatshirt usually comes off in the middle of the night though.
It's boring as hell here. I can't wait to move. Hopefully it will sometime next year between Sept and Dec. *crosses fingers* It kinda depends on if he gets any job openings. He's applying for Corpus right now, but since he is still pretty new to the field, we aren't getting our hopes up, but it doesnt hurt to try to get out of here sooner than planned.
I can't think of anything else at the moment. I'm bored as heck though, so I thought I would update. =)
