So for various reasons, I decided to return home early. :) I'm leaving England tomorrow night and I'll be back on the 2nd. One of the reasons why I'm updating my journal is because I said I'd be writing a lot more while I was here, and I did. XD So when I get back home, I'm going to start posting some stuff. It's all finished, I just gotta edit/beta it. Also I need to figure out a title for one of the fics lol.
Here's some teasers though. I promise these will be posted soon. I'm itching to update!
Heartstrings and Sirens
“You... you're being too nice.” he said, almost suspiciously and the raven snorted in reply, knowing it was the truth.
“It pains me to see you like this.”
The words sounded strange even to his own ears, but he couldn't take them back now that they were said. Aoi didn't miss the soft smile on Uruha's face, and he could see that he was relieved too. Clearly his luck hadn't been the best lately.
“Thank you.” he whispered, and it was Aoi's turn to be surprised when he saw fat droplets of water sliding down Uruha's gritty cheeks, falling off the edge of chin and darkening the floor. “If you hadn't...” he trailed off, a choked sob escaping him and preventing him from finishing his sentence. Aoi could hear his words anyway.
If you hadn't let me in, I would be dead tomorrow.

Before Kouyou could finish, a hand made its way to his mouth.
“Let me finish.” Yuu cooed sweetly, his tails curling around his lithe body like a fur shawl. Astounded and curious about all these unusual body parts, the blond's eyes followed their movement and it made Yuu chuckle in amusement.
“I saw you in the woods.” he commented, finger trailing along Kouyou's bottom lip while he spoke. Despite the situation the blond found himself blushing at this man's seductive nature and his immodesty.
“You looked so lonely. So scared.” Yuu continued, his hand now caressing Kouyou's cheek. His touch was so soft and gentle that it lulled the blond into a false sense of security. Even though he should be freaking out, wondering what kind of deformed human was sitting on him and acting as if they were lovers, he felt at peace.
“It was as if you'd lost the will to live.”

With no other options available, the brunet resorted to pulling Kouyou into a nearby alley, situated between two food shop he was sure Akira wouldn't bother stopping by. Seeing their destination, the blond found himself rendered speechless by this servant's questionable actions. That was until he gathered himself ask just what was going on. However, as soon as the blond opened his mouth to speak, Yutaka's hand slapped over it and Kouyou found himself being pressed up again the wall.
“Please, be quiet.” Yutaka pleaded, unknowingly pressing his body up close to the heiress, to try and keep her silent. The longer they stayed in that position, the more Yutaka began to notice the similarities in their bodies. In confusion, the brunet furrowed his eyebrows ans starred deeply into Kouyou's auburn eyes, trying to find an answer as to why the blonde's physique nearly mirrored his.
He saw Kouyou gulp, a sign of anxiety that didn't go unnoticed by the servant's sharp eyes. What caught Yutaka's attention though was Akira's silhouette when he passed by, not stopping or pausing for any reason. Breathing a sigh of relief, he stepped away and released Kouyou from his hold, suddenly feeling ashamed of how he'd treated... her.
It's not much, but it's what I plan to be posting. :) Virtual Reality will receive an update soon as well, I've just hit a writer's block with it that I'm working on overcoming. I also have a few more fics that are close to being finished too, but those might take a little longer. I hope you guys are all doing well!
