the stress is eating me alive!
ok so now that i'm taking a 2 hour break from my 2 weeks of straight studying, i figured i'd finally update on the concert that rocked my life:
we were right in the front! pressed up against the fence thing, couldnt have been any closer :-D
Hawthorne Heights=amazing as expected. their vocals sound just as awesome live than they do on their albums. and the band rocks. those are some skilled gentlemen. ill be seeing them soon at warped tour.
Unwritten Law=funny dudes, especially the lead singer. he comes out smoking a cigarette doing some crazy ballerina dances. you could tell he was still fucked up form the night before. but even in the midst of the intoxication, the 5 cigarettes he smoked, and the 2 beers he drank on stage throughout their show...they rocked. the best was when the security was making us go to our seats and the lead singer goes "hey what are you guys doing? theres like one of them and five hundred of you!" haha so then the security got pissed b/c there was nothing they could do. and "Up All Night" was great...recorded the whole song on my camera.
Sum 41=ok havent listened to these guys in forever, and let me tell you that they are some cool ass canadian motherbrothers! they were soooooooooo awesomeeeeeeee!! not only is their music the shit, super outspoken and socially unacceptable lol, but so are they. same deal with security as the previous show, but since there were so many people, security gave up on trying to sit people down. so then people kept getting kicked out, and the lead singer goes: "to all you motherfuckin security, if you kick one more person out for doing nothing wrong, we're walking off stage". then everyone started going crazzzy! police and security couldnt do anything. moshing, body surfing the whole time, and more crazy shit. there was this street sign out in the field where a huge crowd was, and this guy climbed up on it and tore the sign off the pole. then they pulled the pole out and handed both to the cops. hahah it was great.....so yeah sum 41 is fucking awesome live, and the show rocked so hard! great memories! CANNOT WAIT for Warped Tour!!! Im going to completely DIE when I se Fall Out Boy…
