the weekend from hell comes to a calm close
Woooo... I feel like i have been working straight from Friday morning til now. Some good news came this weekend though. Merriweather has offered mandy and i office jobs.. This means i can quit copeland's! (: Aw shit. I am happy again. Well for the meantime, at least. There's nothing to really talk about tonight, but I just feel like typing since.. well i don't have anything else to do.
Tonight Chris Issack and Natalie Merchant played Merriweather and I waitressed in the VIP section. Sweet deal. I didn't know Chris ISsack had more than one song haha. the "iiiii wanna fall in love" one. But alas, he did.
August is nearing and this gets me scared that i will soon be losing all of my friends. : (. Christin is the first to leave, so all the CB employees are going out for one last staff outing in early August. I'll be the last to leave home and i mean, i guess it's not too bad because it means summer doesn't end til september but i'm gonna miss my girls. I go to a Drexel orientation next week and I'm getting all anxious to see the school again.
Now. its time to talk about feelings. sessssual feelings. Um, I'm having those. Go me. Things have been all fucked up love-life wise because.. i don't know, i just wasn't feeling that shit as much as i wanted to. It's been like that for a long time, too. I can't really say how it started.. well actually i can. I don't heal very fast from break-ups so getting back on track takes a little time. I'm finally ready to go back out and maybe start caring about people once again. Caring.. on all sorts of levels ;). In the past two weeks, i've actually crushing on a few guys. Sorry, i couldn't think of a better word to use. Too bad i'm kicking my own ass for passing up said opportunities. Gah.
I hate to end this on an odd note, but I have an odd feeling in the back of my mind. Things are going well right now for me... a little too well, ya know? This leaves me wondering what bad thing will present itself in the near future. uuughh. lets not even go there. Goodnight!
