After realising that my trusty computer, Cody - named so in lack of a dog to stick the name on, had permanently died, I went out and got a replacement. I'm now the proud owner of my first ever laptop, and I think I can become good friends with this one. And yes, it will probably end up with an appropriately silly name, eventually.
Now I get to have all the fun it is to install the Sims games all over again.
More importantly, though, I can read flists from home again. I've missed LJ and Horatians, wondering what I was missing out on. I can continue my Spooks fanfic without having to sneak-type between calls at work. And, you knew this was coming, I can play Farmville! Ha ha ha!
