What I love about fanfic!!!
Since my comment over at House_Cameron was...ehem... poignantly ignored I will express what I LOVE about fanfics!!!
1) Snarky House
2) Strong Cam
3) Snarky Wilson
4) Smut!!
5) Fics that have actual medical aspects (cause lets face it if we're going to be acting all crazy like every fic should be in character then there is no way any of the doctors ( Read more... )
I think I understand what ibilic was trying to do when she started that thread, I think she just wanted to write a story that everyone would like but then everyone went off on a tangent and started indirectly bashing everyones fic. Imean if you think about it all the fics that are currently ongoing right now were all bashed by someone or other.
I like fics of all kinds as well and everyone should feel comfortable enough to post anything they want with out fear of being flamed. Not everyone is going to like everything and thats ok we are all individuals with different tastes. If you don't like something don't read it and don't comment on it or if you do there is a way to critisize something without being cruel.
Anyway on that note I was actually thinking about hosting another fic-a-thon. What do you think. Theres been kind of a dry spell on fic lately and I want to give people who may have reservations about posting a chance to get there talent out there.
Actually I think I'm going to go post that idea over and House_Cameron right now.
