Un-American Graffiti.

I know it's a little late to be doing this, but I just felt really compelled to react on the newest episode so I just had to do this. Frankly, I'm just tired of not having anyone to talk to about Veronica Mars from here (I live in the Philippines) since the only channel that carries the series is only on to the second season.

But, lucky me, with the miracle of broadband internet, I get to watch it just a few days after it's shown on the US.

My thoughts on the latest episode after the cut.

1. The opening scene with Logan inviting Veronica to Parker's birthday party literally made me yell at the television. Hearing him say, "If you're not busy y'know she'd really like you to be there -- WE BOTH WOULD," just annoyed the freakin' hell outta me! I dunno if it was Logan referring to himself and another girl or the fact that they were actually having the conversation that ticked me off, but I really just wanted to smash Logan's brains in.

2. I thought the duck Veronica did during the paintballing was a little exaggerated, but that's just me. And I found Amira's acting unconvincing. As well as the drunk guy's.

2. The "Original and Extra Crispy" and "We need firemen too" jokes reminded me of why I die over this show.

3. The scene with the paintball kids was classic. Love tough Veronica! "Say. What again. I dare ya! I double dare ya! *shot*" Classic. And can I just say that the video with Mr. Clemmons reminded me of how I missed his character?

4. The Lampoon cover on Wallace and Piz's door was so funny, I had to rewind it over and over to take a good look at it.

5. Sheriff Keith Mars is back, people! I cannot even say how much it made me happy that he's the sheriff again.

6. Veronica asking a drink from Dick's flask was sooooo cute! I could just feel how nervous she was.

7. Mac and Max? What happened to Bronson?

8. When Logan was talking about Parker again during the party, I started yelling again. I was so glad they didn't show Logan and Parker kissing because I most probably would have thrown a chair at the television.

9. And this I just have to say: I HATED PARKER. No, scratch that, I HATE PARKER. "I was worried things were gonna be weird. You're just class act." Oh, get a brain! Things ARE weird! If the writers were making LoVe lovers hate Parker, they made an astounding job of it. I would probably have thrown the chair at the television while Veronica and Parker talked had they continued the conversation. And the cake slice?! Eugh. *rolls eyes*

10. I think Dick is channeling Steve Stifler (from American Pie fame) more and more. I'm not sure if I like it, but I didn't find it all that endearing during the episode.

11. The "bananafanafofana" thing just made me laugh. And I just had to say it. Lol.

12. Okay, Piz and Veronica. I have to admit that I hated Piz in the beginning, but the guy is growing on me! I didn't exactly hate him the way I'd imagined I would back when I never thought of Veronica and Logan being apart again. The kiss did not beat LoVe's first, but it worked for me. I screamed and shouted in front of my television the whole time! I was just so mad at Logan and Parker that I was happy that Veronica was moving on. After all, she did say she pines for no man. Way to go, V! And when Piz ran off then Veronica stayed there dumbfounded after the kiss, I was screaming for her to run. And she did! She was finally showing me something I had not seen in a long time. *squee*

13. Lastly, as I screamed for Veronica to run then the kiss happened, I was also screaming for Logan to see it. And I am freakin' glad he did. Points for Veronica! And can I just say how glad I am that Piz got a haircut? Lol.

So I know I'm not making any LoVe shippers happy, but I just had to say what I thought since I've never felt about Veronica Mars in this way, in a long time. I would never say that the past episodes of Season 3 sucked, but there was just something lacking. This episode reminded me of the way I used to feel about Veronica Mars. And I'm glad it's back! More, more!!
