"Normal is The Watchword"

I just bought the season two DVDs. I only watched the first episode last night. Here are some favorite moments:

-- "Seniors rule!" (poomf!)

That moment had me laughing so hard I had to rewind it several times just to see the brilliance of it. Despite all the darkness and drama that creeps into the show, it can be downright hilarious at times. I mean, she hip-checks Wallace right out of the frame! Even his surprised, "Hey!" is funny.

-- Keith's little jibber-jacky at the drug test sample that Wallace takes.

Again, absolutely hilarious, as was Veronica making Wallace nervous enough not to pee into the stick.

-- "Butters" is kind of a scary kid, eh?

-- Veronica breaks up with Logan and gets back with Duncan! Totally did not see that coming... When she goes to kiss Duncan at the Hut, my jaw almost dropped. Veronica has to know that breaking up with Logan might just push him over the edge. I mean, Dick Casablancas as his support when his mom is dead, his dad is in jail, Lilly being dead, he was charged with the murder of Felix? Yikes!

Was a bit confused as to why Meg was pissed at Veronica when I was watching it, but now I sorta understand from reading previous posts here.

-- Charisma Carpenter looks fiiiiiiine...

-- Tell the truth. Be honest."
"It's Johnny Damon, isn't it?"
"He's so dreamy..."

That line was pretty funny, but I thought the absolutely hilarious part was the fact that they substituted Shark Field for PETCO Park here in San Diego. I mean, they try hard enough to keep shots away from the field, but local residents should know it's PETCO from the color of the seats and the weird jutting out of the wall in right field (you can see the section right in the opening frame of the scene). This after they substituted Balboa Park for Havana, Cuba!

-- Damn! And I thought the murder of Veronica's best friend was something. They go and kill everyone in the bus crash? Including Meg?!
