Got back from my grandmother's house yesterday. It's nice to be up there. The visit is always just too short. I wish I could just be up there for as long as I wanted to... but I guess we all wish that about visits and vacations.
I hung out with the boy. It was nice. He's very kind, gentle, and romantic. Very much unlike just about every other guy i've known or hung out with. It's nice. But like everyone else, he's not absolutely perfect. He's got this habit where he likes to correct everyone. Not even about important things either. We were all together (family and freinds) and someone was talking about Japanese things and num-chucks (spelling?) were mentioned and he felt the need to say, "num-chucks are chinese" every one there was just thinking, ok, who cares?! Thats not the point! Whatever... I think that if you are going out of your way to make sure eveyone around is correct on everything they say you've got to be missing the big picture. Whether it be a joke or a story or anything else that it could be, there's no need to correct people all the time.
Went and did some shopping with my parents today. It was ok. I was pretty exhausted the whole time. I got a decent amount of sleep though, about 7 hours. All I can think my fatigue could be from is possibly the traveling and not getting to sleep until about 2:30, 3:00 and then being woken at around 9 then 10:30... I don't know, but I'm still tired and fighting with myself to just stay up! So anyway, shopping, we went to a few places and ended up at Barnes & Noble. I love book stores, I always end up being in them for hours. So I was looking around and found the New Age section which is were books on paganism and wicca are usually found. I found some books that look like they are going to be filled with all the information that I've been looking for! I'm am just so excited to have found them, now I'm just going to have to find the time to finish all the books I've begun and have yet to finish. Last summer i went though about 5 or 6 books. This summer I've started 2 and haven't even come close to finishing either, and just bought 3 more! Ha... I've got to start reading! I find it a little more difficult to finish books while I'm in school though, I always feel as if I should be studying a text, instead of leisure reading... but maybe I'll master the two this semester.
On that note I absolutely cannot wait for school to start again! I'm taking, what I'm hoping to be, some really interesting classes, and I'm really looking forward to them!
I just can't wait.
