My college quartet Motivation is competing this weekend at the Ontario District Prelims in Collingwood! Woo! We have no competitors in the college contest... so I think we'll place well. I'm super excited!
We'll be arriving in Collingwood Friday afternoon, and singing in the evening. I believe that a 69% is still qualifying for college quartets, but I haven't double-checked. Eitherhow, I just hope we raise our score from the 62% of last year's contest...
In other news, I wrote a barbershop song for this quartet. But, silly me, I wrote it not five days before its performance date. I don't think I'll let that happen again. Either way, the song is good, so we'll continue to polish it so that it can be rep for us. That will be good!
