Eleanor & Carina, Likely: Generation 2 Spares

Aug 21, 2011 13:26

Eleanor and Carina are close, not only because Eleanor practically raised her youngest sister, but because Eleanor and Carina have watched their other sister change from a cute and lovable know-it-all to some over-ambitious snob.

Their closeness it probably what prompted them to move out together, and to live together.

This is their house. A small, one story, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. I have a thing for foundations lately, and I was dumb and placed a 2x2 lot, so there you go.

Katricia also moved with them, because where Carina goes, Katricia goes. And things have developed between Carina and Katricia. It couldn't have possibly stayed platonic forever.

Eleanor takes pride in her kitchen, and in her whole house, after all, it technically is hers. She's the one who mortgaged it and pays the payments.

Eleanor meets a few new people on her first day of living there. Katricia is busy at her cauldron and Carina is at work.

After she offers them drinks and sends them home, Eleanor settles in and chats with her father online. She does miss he and mom something terrible.

But moving out is what gave her her confidence.

Things are going just the way she wants.

Meanwhile...

Carina never thought she'd like anyone, but the more she got to know Kat, the more she liked her, and the more she liked her, the more she wanted to be with her. Carina knows that she is centuries old and that monogamy has never been very appealing to her, but maybe she can change that.

Sickeningly cute things like this happen all the time.

Kat and Eleanor get along really well, it could be do to Ellie's open-mindedness, but it could also be that Kat isn't mean, as one would expect an evil witch to be.

Elspeth continually comes by the house. Eleanor supposes that as long as she's not staking out their dad's house, it's fine.

And as they live on the other side of town, that's impossible.

Eleanor finds herself getting impatient with anyone who isn't Bromine. But he said he wanted a long engagement, so she'll give it to him.

He comes over for dinner each night, and that's enough for her.

And as time passes, he stays more often than leaves. In fact, he won't be leaving anymore!

Since everyone but Eleanor works, she takes care of the cleaning and cooking, as well as the gardening.

It's good for her, because when she worked as an executive, she couldn't handle the deadlines.

Especially because she couldn't play when she was done working.

Carina, however, doesn't so much like leaves cluttering the yard.

Bromine works as a professional athlete. Sometimes he gets a little tongue tied.

Sometimes, if Carina is up to it after a day of writing obituaries, she and Eleanor gather in the front yard and play catch.

While Katricia spends her time on the phone, and Bromine studies. He doesn't want to be an athlete forever.

Eleanor has him wrapped around her little finger.

And before you know it, their engagement is up.

Eleanor has a lot of questions...but Kat doesn't know how to answer them.

By nightfall, they are now Mr. and Mrs. Bromine Element.

The attendance was what it should've been.

Including the gypsy who introduced the two.

This can only mean one thing.

Eleanor writes restaurant guides, if you're wondering how she pays for her mortgage.

Sickeningly cute.

When the parents visit, this is usually what happens. Carina hasn't really forgiven them for ignoring her for most of her life.

and that's it. Sorry for the sparse commentary, and for the lack of pictures. It should be better next time. These guys were awfully boring for a bit, as all they did was work and fill motives :p I'm playing the spares on a wants basis. If they roll the want to get married and have kids, then okay, if they don't, then they don't.

spares: lykeli, $spares
