summer means less tv
Amazing Race: over
Survivor: over
Apprentice (even though I only sort of watched it when W had it on): over
Heroes: one more episode
Desperate Housewives: one more episode?
Lost: 2 more episodes
In a couple of weeks there will be pretty much no reason to watch tv regularly any more, as far as I can tell. On one hand, that's great because we no longer have any legitimate reason to not be doing something else. On the other hand, that kinda sucks because it means if we want veg-out time, we've pretty much gotta settle for whatever crap is on at the time. Hmmm, I haven't heard about another summer season of Rock Star, so I wonder if last season's "greatest supergroup evar! SuperNova"'s flameout has killed the franchise. Then again, JD with INXS didn't exactly burn up the charts either, but at least they weren't met with total apathy like SuperNova was.
Is there anything else worth watching over the summer? Maybe a new Top Chef will be on? A new Design Star? I'm tempted to not even try to find out.
