Well, more change- basically I quit at Eat N Park...I decided 2 days a week was not worth it, being that it screwed with my sleeping plan, and hardly made any money. My kids don't let me sleep much during the day before I work, so I decided it was best to quit for now. This fall I will find something else, preferably a day job. I am an early morning gal who likes to get her day done in a normal time frame. I wanted to spend some time with them this summer anyhoo...but realistically what mother takes summers off work to spend with her kids? I guess mothers that aren't that committed to a job and have a hubby to support her...that would be me. Employers don't want to here about a non committed employee, so I better not keep that phrase current in my vocab.

Brian and Mathew came to see me for a few days. (us) It was fun, we did HersheyPark and the Outlets, Stallions and of course ENP afterwards :) The State Museum and Strawberry Square. Speaking of Strawberry Square, it is a waste of good space in my opinion. Hardly anything in it, and what is is overpriced and boring. They aught to put more in there! We ate at Cracker Barrel, Isaacs, got pizza and subs....it was a good time that flew by.

I am keeping my fingers crossed Naomi and Jake can come see me too...that would be neato.

Gardening has been coming along nicely...green beans are here, and today I am freezing some. We picked them a few times already. I have lots of leaf lettuce, but honestly, we aren't big fans cause it feels like we are eating grass. I froze 3 pints of strawberry jam. We have 2 black raspberries...literally, 2 berries. It is a bummer. Tomorrow my plan is to pick berries with the kidlings. I am sure they will complain. Grapes are getting attacked by Japanese beetles, which will soon be gone after we spray poison on them.

Summer plans, swimming, tubing, (which we did once already) picnics, hikes, gardening and canning/freezing, biking, Bruce Springsteen concert, Quixtar Convention, theater group, soccer, trip to NYC, trip to DE, (maybe) I am so excited on the concert...I have never ever been to a REAL concert, and I love Bruce!! I got crappy seats, but I am still going! The Convention brings a roll to my eyes, but DC is cool, we are leaving early am to hit a museum or two before it starts. At least we have HBO and tv, so I can go to our room if I hate it. I am trying to be a good girl though. Its hard.

We went for a 8 mi bike ride Saturday. My pubes are still sore - as is Aarons sack, I am sure you loved hearing that, too. Our seats are killer on the crotch. We would have went farther, but I could barely make it back - I bit my lip and had to walk it a few times. The view and ride is lovely! Harrisburg is really picturesque. We need old people bubblebutt seats and we are good to go. Aaron is participating in a 12 mile Bikeathon to support the troops. It is a fundraiser event Quixtar does everyyear. So we are going to Maryland on July 12th for that.

July is about here! Freaky! For the 4th, we have no plans. I am okay with it. Maybe see some fireworks...we can actually see them from our street! So we don't need to travel. I am digging staying at home right now. There truly is no place like it.

I am reading again!! I read a childrens book, "Coraline" Friday. It was excellent. I am reading "Kaffir Boy" and exerps from "The Humanistic Tradition" Good stuff...Also when I can I watch "Arrested Development" and movies. I watched Zohan, The Happening, The Strangers, Catch and Release, Mr Woodcock...I like my free movies!

Okay- I need to shower my scummy self, make my daily list, give Gizmo her meds, and eat breakfast. I am loving my life today!
