I don't think it should be.

Granted I have never personally dealt with someone who has Asperger's syndrome so I may not have a realistic idea of how it is to live with that.

Anything you don't want to deal with is a valid reason to dump someone, considering that staying in a relationship you don't want to be in due to some weird idea of propriety isn't good for anyone.
