So it was presentation day in my Senior project class this past Thursday, meaning that our group was supposed to get together and present to the class what we'd done so far for critique and feedback.
So ___, who's technically our group leader, has never shown up to class on time because he's always 15 to 45 minutes late. So on this day, our presentation day, he breaks his own record and shows up 50 minutes late to class. The other group member and I were in the middle of our presentation when ___ stumbles in the room, out of breath.
____ gets his stuff ready and presents about 5 minutes of really shitty material that he clearly threw together just minutes before class, and the professor looks at me square in the face and says "It looks like ___ is doing all of the work in the group."
Nevermind the fact that I typed up the 19 page design document, I've researched what external physics engine we'll be using, that I built the paper prototype board we needed, or that I've been keeping minutes of every meeting we've had for the past two weeks. ___ has clearly done most of the work.
____, the guy who can't even show up to class on time.
I looked my professor square in the eyes and made my best "oh you have GOT TO BE SHITTING ME" face.
"Well," he said defensively, "that's the way it looks anyway."
Well you're wrong.
