photoshop help

can any of you guys help me out w/ photoshop?

I only have elements, and need to have a file saved as CYMK as opposed to RGB for printing. I'm finishing up Julia' birth announcements and want to get them printed this week, and want to use overnightprints.com which only takes CYMK files......
