A frog in the well knows nothing of the great ocean, but it knows how height the sky is.
Con ếch trong giếng thì không biết gì về đại dương bao la, nhưng nó biết trời cao bao xa.
This is a Japanese proverb I got from Shinsengumi!. Actually I knew the 1st part well (we have the exact same on in Vietnamese) but the last part made me thing a lot. Is it like the trade-off? Or is it the way people always get an excuse themselves for not doing something? Will a frog know how height the sky is if it goes to the great ocean? Or will it drown if it goes to the great ocean? I don't know and I also don't think I can figure out the answer, at least in the near future.
I'm super hyper today. Typesetting continually almost 2 and 1/2 eps in 7 hours. The more I watch Shinsengumi!, the more I love it. No matter people said that wasn't what was going on in the history, I love the way the plot comes, actors and the meanings behind any detail. I guess things would seem to be contrast later (or they made the excuse for Isammi?)
I try to make my vietsub version as careful as I can but things get more complicated now and we don't have enough people. I get used to typeset and edit but I don't know any Japanese. I can only correct spelling, punctuation and stuffs like that, not the meaning. So sad!
Anyway, I will do my best. My target is to release the first ten eps in this year. The good news is I'm half way done but the bad news is ep 7, 8, 9 and 10 aren't edited yet and I can't contact with my Japanese editor. :( I hope she will reply my message/email today or tmr.
Please!
