today, I went to the bank and deposited me pay check. Got $20...went to Turn It Up. I bought Bob Dylan w/ The Band, two disc set, $12...and some real old Bob Marley tunes for $8.
Met Brian at Brewbaker's with me book, which has been forgotten in his satchel. Saw Mr. Sintros which was nice,,,hadn't seen him for a while. The library of Brian is lending me "Dude, Where's My Country" for second semester in it's entirety.
We read and drank coffee, then we got hungry, or as Brian so cutely called it "hungy" so we went to Bagel Works, which is now dumbly called The Works. I don't like it being called The Works. It sounds fuckin dumb. Tryin' to be all hip and such. Trust me, you were much cooler when you were Bagel Works, I said.
Then we took my car, recently named Hickerson, and went to my house real quick to get me VHQ gift card which I received in my stocking yet hadn't used. We went to VHQ and rented Plan 9 From Outer Space, by Edward D. Wood Jr. of course, and Dead Man with Johnny.
funny 'cause Johnny played Edward D. Wood Jr. and the two movies I get are...well, you get it.
Came home. ate dinner. now waiting for Brian to get out of work and come here to watch one of the films while he awaits a phone call from his friend who is a girl.
