Yeah, I ran into the Real ID Act last week when I got my new Indiana driver's license and found it expires in 2008. I bitched about it last week. It is a direct violation of the 10th amendment to the constitution and should be overturned. Look at the Patriot Act, which does anything but preserve the freedoms of the citizens of America. But what can you expect from a President that proposed as an election stunt, the Federal Marriage Amendment, the only amendment since the 18th (Prohibition) that would serve to limit the rights of the people.
