yesterday, just after getting back from lunch, my manager called me because apparently there was a complaint against my outfit. i thought it was just an old lady belk customer and i could live with that but later, my manager came up and told me that one of the stupid downstairs associates saw me coming back from my lunch break and complained they could see my stomach. ok, when i am on my lunch break, i am not going to be all self-conscious about my clothes. if my name tag isn't on, then it's really none of their business. if the person really cared they would've been like, "oh sweetie, you might want to be careful about wearing that next time" - they don't call the managers on you.
good news = my manager didn't care - she was just like " next time, just make sure you can lift your arms up without your stomach showing in the morning
bad news = someone downstairs is going to get it.
Also, there's two cuties who work downstairs in Men's - Dallas and Jason. I just found out Jason's name today - prior to that Megan and I just referred to him as "ponky ponk" which was a great name, but sounds a little strange in conversation.
"Did you see Ponky Ponk today?"
"No, Ponky Ponk is so cute"
It snowed a lot today. Crazy times.
