i know a person who has a grasp of language to rival a seven-year-old and all the subtlety of expression and diction, with enough key terms and swear words jammed in to weirdly belie his actual age.  one time he presumptuously proclaimed himself to be a grammar nazi and my fists still kind of tense up when i think about it.

i feel that a new lj is in the near future
