[Here's someone Ed probably didn't expect, but should definitely recognize (unless he's hammering something), clanking through the front door of the smithy. Going into the work area would be foolhardy beyond even Sigmund, so he just peers around to see if he can spot his attendant.]

Edward?

[...Please don't get excited and hammer your thumb or something.]

[Edward's not working yet, just chilling out in the area, so at Sigmund's voice he turns in surprise; he hadn't expected Sigmund to actually seek him out.]

My lord! What brings you here?

[Easy, soldier. Sigmund examines one of his gauntlets idly as he speaks, pondering design possibilities.]

Your metalwork. I want armor crafted.

Are you comfortable, staying with us? I know you were with Sir Kratos before...

Quite. I must also thank you for your generous hospitality, Edward. [Because they both know it's mostly for Sigmund's sake. And Svala kind of wants to give them a bit of space to try and work things out.

In fact. She should probably have a mama-daughter son-in-law henchman heart-to-heart with him.]

It's not needed, my lady! Your company is always welcome. [Edward's been sort of hoping/dreading that sort of talk, so it's possible that he's been avoiding her a little.]

Huh. I really should have done something like that a long time ago.

I took a few commissions when people asked me to. I just never offered. Now I wish I had.

I plan to ask for commissions periodically. If you like, any I receive could be distributed between all who work at the smithy who are willing, including yourself.

Are you willing to help someone out who doesn't know much about swords?

[Voice] vermified March 29 2010, 03:08:33 UTC
...Do you mean instructing one to use a weapon?

Well, not necessarily. I was going to start learning, but I figure need a sword before trying to do that.

We have a selection of blades here in the shop. Or, if you prefer, something custom could be made.

I had heard you returned, Edward, along with Lady Svala and Sigmund. I suppose I should say 'welcome back.' [But he's pretty skeptical of happy reunions in Luceti as it is.]

Thank you for that, then. ...You're... Sir Albert, aren't you?

Correct. Professor Sage told me you returned while I was away.

You were away? [He hasn't heard much about the battle yet.]
