and then there are days that are actually going ok, but can be completely ruined in a matter of 2 minutes. last time i take mom's advice. she said "you should ask about the raise you told you were eligible for in 90 days--your 90 days were up last week." yeah. bad move. we'll see what happens. but that was probably the last time i will inquire about a raise there.
