I had a whole long entry typed up yesterday, but then Abiword decided to be a bitch and close, and I lost the whole thing, and I didn't have time to retype it before work. Meh. So let's just do a summary, shall we?

Lazy? :p I filled a request before I submitted one. But I do think someone got greedy on the second page - that person who requested about ten AkiHika stories. I wouldn't bother writing those if I were you. :grins:

I didn't mean offense, dear Anonymouse, I just meant that the Hikago fandom as a whole tends to be... well, lazy. XD There are, of course, exceptions- though I'll readily admit that I'm not one of them. XD

I can't be sure without looking, but yes, I think a few of the AkiHika were among the ones on my "to do" list. But considering that it's been a little over a week now and I haven't even finished ONE of the prompts I was intending to, I wouldn't hold my breath about it anyway. I mentioned the lazy thing, right?

Yes, laid back. I happen to love that about Hikago fandom. It's not completely insane like some other fandoms I could (but won't) mention.

Meh, no spanking, I'm working on one! But... I have things with... actual due dates, and those should come first, you know? (Like subrosa that's due in a week, zomg I'm so dead. >_<) I should really put up a reminder post in the main comms, though.

You have me curious about what your request was. I think there was only a few that I absolutely would not do PERIOD... so maybe yours is on my list? ^_^ I'm also curious about who you are, but I won't ask that. ^_^;;;

:nods: It's a nice, comfortable fandom (overall) compared to some of my other fandoms.

It's difficult to find time to write, especially if you want to produce quality works. Especially if you're a fairly slow writer. :raises hand:

Hmm... perhaps I'll tease you and see if you can guess. If you didn't like my request, it was certainly the unusual pairing. In Hikago, I actually like a lot of different pairings (the various combinations can be interesting, like... experimenting with mixing alcohol.) However, I tend to be drawn towards "rival" pairings.

If you can figure out which request I wrote, I'll tell you who I am. XD!!!

I think there was only a few I wouldn't do only due to pairing. The other one I absolutely refuse to touch... was just gross, in my opinion. To each's own, I guess.

Well, process of elimination, I guess... obviously, anything Akira/Hikaru is out, as well as Isumi/Waya (I'm assuming, that isn't exactly an unusual pairing.) I'm really hoping you didn't ask for the Kuwabara/Ogata/Kouyo, though obviously someone did. XD Also something that hasn't been written. *thinks* Going through my list here... there's the Yeongha/Akira, Hikaru/Mitani, Ogata/Hikaru (hair pulling), Mitani/Kaneko (discipline), Yashiro/Yeongha (getting what's coming to him). I'm loathe to put down Yashiro/Yeongha as a rare pair, but... I guess they kinda are, even though it's normal to me. ^_^;;; And let's see, rival pairings. That really only cuts out Ogata/Hikaru. XD Am I on the right track, anon?

Do I get a second guess if the first one is wrong? And... maybe another hint?

I didn't ask for a threesome! And no, I didn't ask for Akira/Hikaru (I've written that, and also there's no need to ask for something "standard" in a kink meme.)

It must be that my request was distasteful to you. :amused: Well, if you can't figure out my request, you could try to guess which one I wrote... it was a fairly long piece, and was liked by the requester. It's not het. Not a super-popular pairing, but not rare either.

Hmm. I thought I'd listed everything that hadn't been written, aside from the Akira/Hikaru and the one Isumi/Waya request... unless it WAS the Isumi/Waya, in which case... I looked that one over because I was under the impression that it might be distasteful because of the pairing, not the prompt. ^_^;;; Either that or I fail.

No, you didn't list it. I requested Touyo Kouyo / Sai. Lolz. I'm telling you that because you did guess correctly - I was the one who specifically stated that I wouldn't claim my fic. :)

...how did I skip that one? XD I probably wouldn't write Touya Kouyo/Sai (unless a very rabid bunny bit me in the ass), but I'd probably read it... if Sai were alive, it would've been in the realm of possibility. ^_^

The mental block was too great, obviously. LOL. Yes, Kouyo's old... but he's still hot in that sort of wrinkly, distinguished Sean Connery or Harrison Ford way. And rival pairings are just love. (Yes, of course if Sai were alive, and somehow Akiko weren't a factor.) But for kink, you don't exactly have to be logical anyway.

Oh, did I? Well, I'm happy you liked it. It was fun to write those two characters. Ogata's such a damn tease. He's lucky Isumi put up with him.
