Hello, Hello!
Hi, flist! What's up with you all?
I'm making Valentine's Day cookies tomorrow, and I have sparkly decorating gel to ice them with! WOO HOO!
My group at church has our Valentine's Day party tomorrow--one member is making a Creole dinner for us, while the rest of us are filling in with nibblies and sweet things.
Then Tuesday night I start mentoring a group working on improving relations between races, genders, belief systems here in Memphis--that goes on for 6 weeks.
Wednesday's a Bible study night, Thursday a women's group meeting and Friday I'm having dinner with friends and going to a special service at a local synagogue. Saturday's Valentine's Day--right now the plan is dinner and a movie with a group of friends.
Busy, busy, busy--and it's warmed up here for a while--but don't worry, we'll be back in the 30s by the end of the week! Good ol' Memphis weather.
Time for dinner, watching the Grammies and addressing Valentines. And I hope I sleep well tonight--I think I was almost too tired when I went to bed last night, if you know what I mean.
