Wow. I just went for a short run (VERY short, with lots of walking...its too hot out, i should've gone earlier) and I feel much better. And I always thought people were lying about exercise making them feel better....it usually makes me feel worse. Maybe I'm getting the hang of it....
I decided 3 times a week is a good pace for me. Otherwise I'll feel too cluttered and I won't go. Hmmmm....
I need/want an ipod. Never thought I'd say that.
