PS3 wins

After much deliberation and talking with friends who have both 360 and PS3 about what they like on each, I went out and got a PS3 this weekend. So far I think it's a good choice. Fallout 3, Oblivion - Yes, I'm buying a game that's older than the system I'm playing it on, I haven't had a modern gaming system, ever - and Burnout Paradise for games, and Watchmen Director's cut on BlueRay for the hell of it.

I've played all of 2 hours of Fallout 3 so far, and I'm still just getting the feel of it. It seems like it will be fun to play for a long time, though.

I'm going through D&D withdrawals; two weekends in a row without a game and a third one coming up, but DragonCon should allow me to get my gamer geek fix for the weekend and then some. I'm definitely looking forward to resuming next weekend though!

Also that next weekend, I've got a flying lesson on Saturday. My wife signed me up for a 45-minute "we take you aloft, teach you a bit, let you control for a bit, then land you." I totally don't deserve to be married to someone like her.
