Synchronicity
Last weekend I picked up ford_prefect42 and Akilika and drove up to Baltimore to stare at dead bodies (and braaaaiiiiiiinnnns.)
On the way there, the pleasant female voice of the GPS was disturbing to them because they spent the day or two before playing Portal heavily. The similarity to GladOS's voice had Akilika comment at one point, "If we die because of something it told us to do, don't blame me!"
Then this comes out today on AppleGeeks:
Completely unrelated experience, but the same brand GPS with the same voice. It has occasionally gotten, um, confused, about how to safely get me somewhere and required a hard reboot to get back on track.
