First... Syd you were way too charitable about the Chili I made for the gathering. It was a bit bland and I think I need to add something to it before I try it again... Maybe more chili powder? and Salt :)
Second... It's beautiful to look out the window and see snow on the ground and on the tops of cars as they drive by my office window.
Yesterday was alright. I stayed home to avoid driving in the snow and did some work. We watched the inauguration speech and relaxed. In the evening we talked ourselves into going to Voss's for his Tuesday night game. Orion has talked me into trying the Saturday game out. I am a lot nervous but this means a lot to him. So I sat in the living room and read up on the pathfinder game type.
So far the character is based on Giselle from Enchanted. A very trusted druid with a wolf pet called Fluffy.
I have this image of her skipping down a road and walking up to some sketchy people on the road and trying to start a conversation with them... Of course the very good Fluffy would have stopped her going forward a bit away from the men. Meaning he would be pulling on her cloak hem to get her to stop moving forwards.
