- ten circles cut in different patterns, with step notations and descriptions to each. These have each been meticulously numbered.
- instructions-myrrh, cinnamon, cassia, calamus, olive oil-for how to find and bless holy oil
- assorted other notes on people and what he remembers of them from the curse. ]
