I don't think you'll find any Pokemon that aren't normal types in that area, Mister. You should try the route north of Cherrygrove! They have a bunch of not normal ones like bug, water, grass... Yeah.

Mine likes to cause harm and play pranks. [She sighs a little.]

Mine is a Banette, so no... but I think it's different for every Pokemon like how there are lots of people.
