Ambrose... I'm going to say hard boiled because they are neater and less likely to make a mess in the lab if he must eat on the move whilst inventing something spectacular.

Back in school Leona thought hard boils eggs were a bit gross, and professed a preference for scrambled to which Ambrose crinkled his nose and teased "A bit like your brain?" He was promptly thwaped.
