I fucked up the collar on my costume shirt a little bit. James keeps reassuring me that no one will notice, but I notice. Oh well, including the dye remover used to get it the right color, I spent almost $10 on the damn thing. I'm going to suck it up and wear it anyway.
Difficult-part-of-doom turned out not to be so difficult after all, thanks to an ingenious idea of James's. See, this is why I like to have him around when I'm sewing! I made the pattern tonight and I'll make the actual finished part over the weekend.
Four more days until Raun-time. It just registered that I should probably get him a birthday present...I have a track record of finding awesome gifts that I don't want to break. Problem is, I have no idea what I should get him this time around. He said he wants some Tom Petty on vinyl, but that's too easy. Hmmmm.
