prom
wow, that was a crazy night/day. the goodbye rally was awesome, burlingame idol was a hit and it felt good to give the pep band music one last go. after school it was all business to get ready for prom. i rushed, but got done in time. then it was pictures and meeting up to go to dinner. in a group of around 30, we ate at boca de beppo's in the city. there was soooo much food, we had like 5 huge takeout boxes left over. one pasta dish was left untouched.
then prom! city hall was BEAUTIFUL! it was a breathtaking and movie-like venue for the momentous occasion. i had a blast dancing. the dj sucked, but i had a good time anyway. colin and ashley won prom king/queen, which they deserved, w00t. then we left, went back to bhs and got my car and lauren and i hung out for a bit and then i dropped her off at her house. i'll probably upload all the pictures when i feel like it/have free time.
so wow, that was the only big milestone that separated me from graduation, and now that it's over, there's nothing stopping me from leaving high school. i'll be gone for good. crazy to think about how much has happened over the past 4 years. too much to type, too much for even a library. phew.
