March 16th
No choir = extra time for me to do other stuff!
Danielle came over to the co-op for dinner.
Jack, Colin and I watched 12 Monkeys at Anne’s house.
March 17th
Spent most of the day working in the room. Painting, cleaning, finishing touches.
Jesse, Sarah and I went to the pool.
Jesse and I came back to Anne’s and hung out.
March 18th
More cleaning in the room - it’s looking really good!
Went over to Jesse’s house for the evening. We played videogames for a bit and then snuggled.
When I got home to the co-op (late) to inspect the new furniture I found that Colin had already set up all the furniture!
March 19th
More time spent working in the room and spraying the new furniture.
Jane finished school early so we went out to get groceries together!
Had people over for a small, low-key dinner party. We spent a lot of time looking at random crap on the internet.
March 20th
Last coat of paint on ladder and trim around the radiator!
I started moving more small stuff into the room, books, cds, some of the stuff off the shelves. Heidi helped me move my keyboard and the bookshelf!
Final hours of BSG…
March 21st
Moved the rest of my belongings into the new room and cleaned the old one. Jesse helped a lot :)
Geoff was able to come and install new floors in my old room - it looks great!
Colin had a dinner party. Very good intellectual conversation.
March 22nd
Dad drove me out to Staples and Office Depot to look at chair mats to protect my hardwood floor (nothing really jumped out at me as being the right size) and he bought me some school supplies. YAY OMG I FINALLY HAVE A STAPLER!
I finished house-sitting, just in time as I was starting to get pretty annoyed at Izzy, and found out that Sam’s hockey team won the Provincials for PeeWee hockey, which is pretty exciting! The first time any level of New West hockey team has won at Provincials.
First night in new room!
