Well, well. I started my new job at Limestone, which is the nicest restaurant i have ever worked in. def. fine dining. There are only 33 employees...total, which is kind of cool..and the 2 chef's are also the owners..and pretty renouned. <--- sp?! They were just featured in WIne Spectator, which is pretty cool. Anyway, it's a cool job, but I am so used to running around like a crazy person..that the calmness of this job is a little boring. at my last 2 jobs..I would literally break into a jog to make things happen. It's nice not to have to worry about that!
